Techo Sen Institute of Public Works and Transport has launched a project on road maintenance to boost the effectiveness of infrastructure in Cambodia.

The launching ceremony was held early this week under the auspices of H.E. Ms. Im Nithara, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport.

The project is run under the assistance by Mekong-Republic of Korea Cooperation Fund.

It focuses on strengthening the technical capacity of relevant officials and technical staffs through road maintenance training programmes in order to improve the quality of infrastructure in Cambodia.

The project also covers Cambodia’s neighbouring Laos and Vietnam to better connect the contries.
