31st SEA Games: Cambodia Wins 5th Gold Medal in Wresting

Cambodia has just bagged another gold medal in wrestling at the ongoing 31st SEA Games in Vietnam.

This is the 5th gold medal for the Kingdom. It was earned by wrestler Sou Bali after defeating his Lao counterpart 10-0 in Men’s Freestyle 125 kg category.

Cambodia is hunting for more medals as only a few days left toward the end of the 31st SEA Games 2022.

With the new medal, Cambodia has now received 26 medals, including 5 gold, 6 silver and 15 bronze.

Cambodia grabbed gold medals in kickboxing, petanque, vovinam, taekwondo, and wrestling. The other medals were gained in kickboxing, taekwondo, petanque, Wushu, ju-jitsu, rowing, wrestling, and vovinam.

Cambodia has sent 363 athletes (126 female) to compete in 33 of 40 types of sports in the 31st SEA Games 2022.
