ACLEDA Bank Invests US$38 Million in its Tertiary Institute

A Cambodian leading bank ACLEDA is investing US$37 million to set up a tertiary institute in finance and banking in the country, reported a local media.

According to the same source, Director of the newly established institute Mr. Chhorn Ponleu made known that the ACLEDA-backed center will base its training on the bank’s practical experiences and success to date.

Currently opened for application, the institute, situated here in Phnom Penh, hopes to bring its education to an international standard.

It also offers some 50 to 100 percent scholarship and outstanding students and trainers will be awarded.
