Anastasiades – Tsipras hold telephone conversation

President of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades and Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras held a telephone conversation on Sunday, to exchange views in view of the continuation of the Conference on Cyprus, Government Spokesman Nikos Christodoulides said in a post on his twitter account.

Earlier, in another post, Christodoulides said that the Conference on Cyprus will continue, at a technocratic level, from 18 to 20 January, in Mont Pelerin, Switzerland.

The Republic of Cyprus has been divided since 1974 when Turkish troops invaded and occupied 37% of its territory.
