Cambodia and Romania Appreciate Good Bilateral Cooperation

Cambodia and Romania have spoken highly of their bilateral relations and cooperation.
The appreciation was made in a courtesy meeting here on Monday between H.E. Ouch Borith, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister and Standing Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC) and visiting H.E. Nicu NITĂ, President of the Romanian-Cambodian Parliamentary Friendship Group.
H.E. Ouch Borith expressed his satisfaction on the development of friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries evidenced through the exchange of visits between both of government dignitaries and in private sector in the last few years.
H.E. Ouch Borith hoped that the visit of H.E. Nicu NITĂ, which also included the Romanian business delegation, will further promote the bilateral relations between the two countries to a greater height both in political and economic spheres in the coming years.
H.E. Nicu NITĂ praised Cambodia for its economic development and the growth of infrastructure and cities and expressed his congratulations to Cambodia for successfully chairing the 55th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (AMM) and related meetings and wished Cambodia greater success in hosting the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and Related Summits in November 2022.
