According to Information Secretary of State H.E. Ouk Kimseng, information to be exchanged includes political, economic and cultural pieces.
So far the two countries have also formalised the exchange of television programmes, wherein the National Television of Kampuchea shares its works with the Chinese counterpart and plays the pieces received on the channel.
The prime purpose of the practice is to build mutual understanding of the peoples of two countries.
The two sides also agreed on future exchange visits; and the Chinese counterpart at the same time promised to help train the human resources of Cambodia.
