Cambodia Hosts a Seminar on Energy Development for Sustainable ASEAN

Cambodia hosted a seminar on “Energy Development for Sustainable ASEAN with Special Focus of PV Technology and its Development” in Phnom Penh, as part of the ASEAN Sustainable Energy Week.

This seminar was opened this morning under the presidency of H.E. Tin Ponlok, Secretary General of the National Council for Sustainable Development of Cambodia.

On the occasion, H.E. Tin Ponlok presented the perspective of renewable energy market in Cambodia and ASEAN, as well as its potential in Cambodia.

This seminar was organised by UBM Asia Thailand in collaboration with King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, Thailand and attended by 80 participants from government institutions, development partners, NGOs, educational institutions, and private companies.
