AKP Phnom Penh, A Cambodian delegation including a lead, one coach and athletes will leave for the Tokyo Olympic Games 2020 on Tuesday next week.

The news was shared by Mr. Nhean Sokvisal, Mission Deputy Director, adding that Mission Director H.E. Vath Chamroeun, Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC), will lead the Cambodian delegation to join the event.

The Cambodian athletes and coach include two swimmers, Mr. Hem Puch and Ms. Khoeun Bunpich Morokot, to be competed in 50-metre freestyle swimming; a 100-metre runner Mr. Pen Sokong; and a coach Mr. Hem Thon Ponleu.

The Tokyo Olympic Games 2020 will take place from July 23 to Aug. 8 in Japan.
