Cambodian Cabinet Meeting Approves Numerous Documents

Cambodia's cabinet meeting, held here this morning under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, approved numerous important documents.

According to a press release of the Press and Quick Reaction Unit of the Office of the Council of Ministers issued this afternoon, the draft of law on the management of health professionals and the draft of Public Investment Programme for Three-Year Rolling 2017-2019 were endorsed by the weekly cabinet meeting.

The first document of nine chapters and 35 articles is aimed to provide healthcare services to people effectively and ethically by ensuring both the quality and safety of public and private healthcare systems while the second is intended to maintain the annual economic growth of around 7 percent, pointed out the press release.

Besides, it added, the cabinet meeting agreed to submit the Agreement Establishing ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office, Protocol to implement the Sixth Package of Commitments on Financial Services under the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services, Agreement and Protocol to Establish and Implement the ASEAN Single Window, Protocol on the Legal Framework to Implement the ASEAN Single Window, and Protocol 7 on Customs Transit System to the National Assembly for approval.
