Cambodian Clothing To Be Displayed in “Apparel Sourcing Paris 2017” in September

Cambodia is honored to take her traditional and international-level designed clothing to show off at the Apparel Sourcing Paris 2017, an international clothing and fashion accessories fair, to be held in Le Bourget, France, from Sept. 18 to 21.

To make the above-said participation go smoothly and successfully, Minister of Commerce H.E. Pan Sorasak received a delegation of Natacha Van fashion design company and Garment Manufacturers Association in Cambodia (GMAC), at the ministry office yesterday afternoon.

According to a news release of the Ministry of Commerce, on the occasion, Natacha Van presented H.E. Minister some high quality clothes which can compete in European markets.

H.E. Pan Sorasak spoke highly of the clothes and expressed his strong hope that Cambodian clothing will gain support from France and other European countries.

H.E. Minister will lead a delegation to take part in a press conference, a round-table meeting and trade promotion activities, organised in conjunction of the fair, in order to boost investment in the garment industry in Cambodia.

Nine companies from Cambodia will attend the Apparel Sourcing Paris 2017 to further disseminate and promote Cambodian garment and textile products in the European markets.
