Cambodian Commerce Minister Meets Chinese Counterpart in Beijing

Cambodia's Minister of Commerce H.E. Pan Sorasak held a bilateral talk with his Chinese counterpart H.E. Zhong Shan, on Feb. 1 during his stay in Beijing, China.

According to the Ministry of Commerce's news release, the talk touched on the promotion of the existing cooperation on agro-trade, an upcoming trade fair in Shanghai, food standards, e-Commerce, ITC, and so on.

H.E. Pan Sorasak introduced to the Chinese side other Cambodian potential agro products beside rice such as cassava, corn, banana, longan, mango, cashew nut, rubber, etc., and asked China to consider importing those products.

H.E. Zhong Shan urged the Cambodian side to help promoting an import-export fair to be held in Shanghai in November this year to the Cambodian businessmen.
