The 2017 Seminar on Radio and Television for Seminar Techniques Management from Developing Countries kicked off this morning in Beijing, China, with the participation of representatives from Cambodia, Palestine, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Malawi, Zambia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Grenada, Jamaica, Samoa, and Panama.
Addressing to the event, Mr. Han Feng, Manager of China Radio & TV Co. For International Techno-Economic Cooperation (CRTV), expressed warm welcome to the delegations' visit to China.
The seminar is aimed to strengthen the cooperation between China and developing countries in media, especially in radio and television, said Mr. Han Feng, adding that this seminar will provide opportunities for all participants to exchange vision and mutual experience.
During the two-week training programme (April 14-28), the trainees will study China's national condition, latest development situation of China radio and television, Chinese reform open-up and policy, China's history and culture, and so on.
Besides, the trainees will also visit CCTV, China Radio International, Radio and TV equipment Manufactory, as well as other interesting places in Beijing and Nanning province.
The seminar was organised by CRTV, Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM).
