Cambodian NA Delegation on Official Visit in Vietnam

A delegation of the National Assembly (NA) of Cambodia led by its Second Vice President H.E. Ms. Khuon Sudary has been on a five-day official and friendly visit in Vietnam, from May 21 to 25 to further strengthen and expand the traditional ties of friendship and cooperation between both countries, particularly between the two NAs.

The visit was made at the invitation of H.E. Ms. Tong Thi Phong, Vice Chairwoman of Vietnam’s NA.

According to a news release of the NA General Secretariat, the Cambodian delegates will meet with many leaders of the Vietnamese NA, including its Chairwoman H.E. Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, its Vice Chairwoman H.E. Ms. Tong Thi Phong, Chairman of its Committee for External Affairs H.E. Nguyen Van Giau, and NA Office Chairman H.E. Nguyen Hanh Phuc.

Besides, it added, the Cambodian delegates will visit an industrial zone in Hanoi or neighboring provinces, and historical sites in Ninh Binh province.
