Cambodian PM Receives Kumamoto Governor and Representatives of 8 Japanese Companies

Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen received H.E. Ikuo Kabashima, Governor of Kumamoto Prefecture, and representatives of eight Japanese companies investing in Cambodia, on the sidelines of the 4th Asia-Pacific Water Summit in Kumamoto, Japan on April 23.
According to H.E. Kao Kim Hourn, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister, on the occasion, the companies informed Samdech Techo Hun Sen of their investment activities in Cambodia as well as their new projects.
The Premier welcomed the investment activities and plans, stressing that they contribute significantly to the strengthening and expansion of the economic ties between Cambodia and Japan.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen laid stress on the new investment law of Cambodia which provides favourable conditions for foreign investors and wished the eight companies more success in their investment in Cambodia.
