Cambodian PM Receives Secretary of Security Council of Russia

Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, received here his morning at the Peace Palace visiting Secretary of the Security Council of Russia H.E. Nikolai Platonovich Patrushev.

The meeting mainly focused on the expansion and strengthening of Cambodia-Russia bilateral cooperation, including in the security field, H.E. Kao Kim Huorn, Delegate Minister Attached to the Prime Minister, told reporters.

In terms of security cooperation, H.E. Nikolai Platonovich Patrushev and Samdech Techo Hun Sen exchanged views on regional and international issues, particularly anti-terrorism and how to boost the bilateral cooperation in combating terrorism, cross-border crimes, illicit drug and illegal immigration, the delegate minister underlined.

Samdech Techo Hun Sen suggested the organisation of an international conference on anti-terrorism, while H.E. Nikolai Platonovich Patrushev pledged to submit this suggestion to the Russian president.
