As Cambodia is going to hold the Commune/Sangkat Council Election on June 5, 2022, Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen said everyone has the obligation to protect peace.
“Any political parties must join to protect peace. Do not be afraid to stop any groups that want to destroy peace. This is not a warning, but an obligation to protect the people,” Samdech Techo Hun Sen said at the inauguration of the 38-road development project in Siem Reap provincial city this morning.
The Premier reiterated that peace is very important and the foundation to all human rights, development and achievements.
At the same time, Samdech Techo Hun Sen highlighted the value of peace by taking as example some current issues in the world such as the Russia-Ukraine war.
