Cambodia’s Foreign Policy Depends on Laws and UN Charter

Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, reiterated here this morning the country’s stance in international relations.
“Cambodia’s foreign policy depends on laws and UN Charter,” the Premier underlined at the inauguration ceremony of Cambodia-Korea Friendship ENT Building of Preah Ang Duong Hospital.
“Cambodia strongly opposes the use of forces or the threat of using forces from a country against another country. We respect the independence and sovereignty of all nations,” he reaffirmed. “We have to respect the UN Charter and world order.”
At the same time, Samdech Techo Hun Sen rejected any interpretations on Cambodian foreign policy that are not released by His Majesty the King, the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Nations Office and other international organisations in Geneva.
