Cambodia’s New COVID-19 Cases Recorded at 39 This Morning

There were only 39 new cases of COVID-19 reported in Cambodia this morning, announced the Ministry of Health in a press release, adding that the tally rose to 119,943.
The ministry pointed out that these are PCR test results, 6 of which were imported and the rest were linked to the Feb. 20 community outbreak.
Besides, the same source continued, 34 more patients have successfully been cured, while 4 others have lost their lives (2 of them have not been vaccinated); bringing the total recovered and death cases in the Kingdom to 116,320 and 2,909, respectively.
The first COVID-19 case was detected in Cambodia in late January 2020 in Preah Sihanouk province. The confirmed cases have surged quickly this year due to the Feb. 20 incident.
