Capital Hall Unveils Complaint Hotline Intention

Phnom Penh hall authority has unveiled intention to introduce general complaint hotline in the capital to further promote its services.

The Municipal Governor H.E. Khuong Sreng revealed the update when presiding over official announcement of two Khan leaders lately.

Receiving the complaint and taking no action, and not receiving the complaint means concerned authorities do not serve the people � warned the governor of the use of the future hotline.

H.E. Khuong Sreng also encouraged his line officials to maintain internal solidarity and good cooperation to provide quality and sincere services to the people.

Phnom Penh capital hall currently has 12 Khan and 105 Sangkat under its direct supervision.
