Fifteen (15) new infections of COVID-19 were recorded in Cambodia; the tally thus rose to 120,636, according to a press release of the Ministry of Health issued this morning.
The new cases are of Omicron variant, three of which were infected locally, while there rest were imported; bringing the total confirmed Omicron cases in the Kingdom to 183.
At the same time, 9 more patients have recovered with no new death; the total cured and death cases stood at 117,023 and 3,015, respectively.
The first COVID-19 case was recorded in Cambodia in late January 2020 in Preah Sihanouk province.
