COVID-19: 22 More Omicron Cases Detected in Cambodia

Twenty-two (22) more Omicron cases were reported in Cambodia, of which 5 were locally transmitted and 17 were imported, pointed out a press release of the Ministry of Health issued this morning.
Cambodia’s COVID-19 tally now jumped to 120,847, including 394 Omicron cases (80 Omicron community cases), it added.
According to the same source, 11 new recoveries were recorded while there has been zero new COVID-19-related death for 13 days in a row; the total cured and death cases stood at 117,129 and 3,015, respectively.
The first COVID-19 case was detected in Cambodia in late January 2020 in Preah Sihanouk province.
