COVID-19: Cambodia Detects 9 More Imported Omicron Cases

Cambodia has detected 9 more cases of Omicron, a new COVID-19 variant of concern; bringing the total Omicron cases in the Kingdom to 94.
According to a press release of the Ministry of Health made public this morning, they are all imported cases. The COVID-19 tally thus increased to 120,535.
Meanwhile, 8 more patients have recovered and no new death was reported; the total cured and death cases stood at 116,971 and 3,015, respectively.
The first COVID-19 case was recorded in Cambodia in late January 2020 in Preah Sihanouk province.
