COVID-19: Cambodia Reports No New Death Case for Second Day

Cambodia reported no new COVID-19-related death for two days in a row, the death toll thus remains at 3,005, according to a press release of the Ministry of Health issued this morning.
But, there were 4 new infections, one of which was imported and the rest were locally transmitted cases. The tally now stood at 120,427, including 19,860 imported cases.
At the same time, 12 more patients have successfully been cured; bringing the total recovered cases in the Kingdom to 116,815.
The first COVID-19 case was detected in Cambodia in late January 2020 in Preah Sihanouk province, while the first death case was announced on Mar. 11, 2021.
