COVID-19: New Cases Drop to Below 40

The number of daily cases of COVID-19 in Cambodia fell to only 37 this morning; the national counts thus stood at 119,904, according to the Ministry of Health.
The same source underlined that these are PCR test results, five of which were imported and the rest were connected to the Feb. 20 community outbreak.
Besides, 40 new recoveries, but 5 new deaths (3 of them have not been vaccinated) were recorded; bringing the total cured and death cases in the Kingdom to 116,286 and 2,905, respectively.
The first COVID-19 case was detected in Cambodia in late January 2020 in Preah Sihanouk province. The confirmed cases have surged quickly this year due to the Feb. 20 incident.
