Embassy of Japan To Organise 22nd Japanese Speech Contest in Cambodia in Late May

The Japanese Embassy, in collaboration with Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Centre (CJCC) and the Institute of Foreign Language, Royal University of Phnom Penh (IFL), will organise a Japanese Speech Contest in Late May.

The contest, the 22nd of its kind, will be held on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Angkor Kizuna Hall, CJCC, after the result of the screening for the participation of the contest will be announced on Mar. 29, 2019, said the embassy in a press release AKP received this afternoon.

The Japanese Speech Contest is held annually for the purpose of promoting Japanese language education in Cambodia and enables Japanese language learners to have an opportunity to demonstrate their Japanese skills in speaking, it underlined.

Application will be accepted from Feb. 4 to Mar. 1, 2019 at CJCC, pointed out the same source.
