President of the European Council on Tourism and Trade, Professor Dr. Anton Caragea, has sent a congratulatory message to Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
In his message AKP received this morning, Professor Dr. Anton Caragea appreciated Samdech Techo Hun Sen for gaining the overwhelming support from the Cambodian people, stressing that he witnessed the perfect organised parliamentary elections in Cambodia.
