Ambassadors of friendly countries, including China, Japan, Russia and the U.S, accredited to Cambodia have extended their condolences to Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, over the passing of his older brother, H.E. Hun Neng.

In their separate messages, the foreign ambassadors said they were saddened to hear about the loss of H.E. Hun Neng and prayed for his soul to rest in peace

They also spoke highly of late H.E. Hun Neng’s sacrifice for the reconstruction and development of Cambodia.

H.E. Hun Neng, a Member of the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee, Chairman of the NA Commission on Interior, National Defence and Civil Service, and a Lawmaker for Kampong Cham provincial constituency, passed away on May 5 evening at the age of 72 years old.
