Golden Dragon Military Drill Concluded with Success

The joint military exercise between the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) and Chinese People's Liberation Army was concluded late last week with success.

The drill dubbed Golden Dragon was conducted at the Cambodian Army School in Kampong Speu province with the participation of Cambodian and Chinese forces. Four-star General Pol Saroeun, RCAF Commander-in-Chief, and H.E. Xiong Bo, Ambassador of China to Cambodia, presided over the opening ceremony.

Command Post Exercise and Field Training Exercise were part of the event.

The main aim of this military drill is to enhance capacity in leading, commanding and managing forces, increasing knowledge and know-how and learning about cooperation between relevant parties during disasters.
