Information Minister H.E. Khieu Kanharith (Pic. 1) pays his last respects to late Lt. Gen. H.E. Sou Sum, Member of the Ministry of National Defence’s Military Strategic Research Team and Former Under Secretary of State at the Ministry of Information who passed away on Dec. 12 at the age of 71 years old, at the demise’s residence in Phnom Penh this morning.
