The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) has urged people living the provinces next to mountainous and lowland areas and waterway to be vigilant of possible flash floods between Sept. 6-9, 2022.

MOWRAM made the appeal in its new announcement on weather forecast made public this morning.

Besides, it added, fishermen and seafarers are advised to pay extra attention to rain, winds and high waves from Sept. 7 to 9.

According to the new weather forecast, there would be rain, thunder, lightning, and gusts across the country this whole week until Sept. 13.

During the same period, it pointed out, the temperature would vary between 23 and 35 degrees Celsius for central lowland areas, from 22 to 34 degrees Celsius for highland areas, and between 22 and 33 degrees Celsius in coastal areas.
