Mondulkiri province will host the Peace Off-Road Car Racing 2023 from Jan. 13 to 15 at 12 Motor Park.
The event was unveiled by Mr. Prum Rasmey, the President of the Off-Road Car Racing Organising Committee.
At least 66 drivers, roughly 80 percent of anticipated participating drivers, from Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam have registered for the challenge.
The competition will be divided into three categories: Class A for hard core, B for light core, and C for overland.
Class A has about 30 registered cars, while the B and C have around 10 each.
The event aims to cheer the inauguration of Cambodia’s biggest international standard racing court “12 Motor Park” encompassing a total of 93 hectares of land surface, he said.
The event will be organised under the collaboration between Mondulkiri Provincial Administration, Off-Road Family Club and Cambodia Moto Sports Federation.
