Networked Trade Platform in Singapore Presented to Cambodian Commerce Minister

H.E. Pan Sorasak, Minister of Commerce of Cambodia, has explored a new customs system of Singapore shared by the Networked Trade Platform (NTP) during his official visit in the country on July 16, according to the ministry’s news release.

As explained by the Singaporean side, the NTP was a modernised automatic customs system in addition to National Single Window of Singapore called TradeNet.

It is an integrated system connected to public services of other institutions of Singapore which allows import and export companies to file application form at one place without going to other authority institutions.

TradeNet was also available for Business-to-Business (B2B) which permits other private companies to take part in Third-Party Application through the connection with application programming interface (API).

H.E. Pan Sorasak spoke highly of creative ideas in the use of leading high technology of the Government of Singapore, adding that NTP can be adopted in automatic system of Ministry of Commerce for more effectiveness and efficiency in the future.
