Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte invites the UN and EU to debate killings

On 22 September, Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte reportedly invited the United Nations and European Union to come to the Philippines to debate human rights and Duterte's violent crackdown against drug traffickers and users. Duterte's campaign against illegal drugs has already left around 3,500 people dead in a little more than two and a half months.
