PM Begins His Trip to Southwestern Part of Country

Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has started his visit campaign to the southwestern part of the country with Kampot, a coastal province, some 150 kilometres from Phnom Penh capital city.

After presiding over the inauguration ceremony of the National Road No. 44 in Kampong Speu province this morning, Samdech Techo Hun Sen held a get-together with civil servants, armed forces and local authorities in Kampot provincial hall in the afternoon.

On the occasion, Samdech Techo Hun Sen called for more joint efforts to maintain peace, stability and social order, and to improve the public service provision to the public.

After Kampot, the premier will continue his trip to Kep, then Preah Sihanouk, before returning to Kampong Speu.

Prime Minister Hun Sen is scheduled to visit the 25 provinces and capital city to examine their achievements and challenges.
