PM Hun Sen: Win-Win Memorial Represents Cambodia’s Peace

Win-Win Memorial is a symbol of national reconciliation, independence, solidarity, territorial integrity, progress and prosperity of the whole Cambodia, underlined Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

On his official Facebook page, the Premier said Win-Win Memorial clearly shows that Cambodia has united to win over civil war, genocidal regime, territorial division, poverty and foreign interference.

Samdech Techo Hun Sen called on all local and international tourists to join the inauguration ceremony of the Memorial to be held for three days from Dec. 29 to 31, 2018, along with the commemoration of the 20th anniversary of Win-Win policy which brought about full peace to Cambodia.

H.E. Gen. Chhum Socheat, Secretary of State and Spokesperson of the Ministry of National Defence, said yesterday that the upcoming event will be attended by some foreign guests from neighbouring nations, including H.E. Gen. Ci Guowei, Director of the Office for International Military Cooperation of China's Central Military Commission, H.E. Gen. NgA XuAn L?ch, Vietnamese Defence Minister, H.E. Gen. Chansamone Chanyalath, Lao Defence Minister, and H.E. Gen. Prawit Wongsuwon, Thai Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence.

The construction of Win-Win Memorial began in February 2016 on an 8-hectare plot of land in Phnom Penh's Khan Chroy Changvar, in front of Morodok Techo Stadium in Ly Yong Phat development area.
