The Prime Minister of Malaysia, H.E. Dato' Sri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak, will be making an official visit to the Federal Republic of Germany from 26 to 28 September 2016. YAB Prime Minister will be accompanied by his wife, H.E. Datin Sri Rosmah Mansor; the Minister of International Trade and Industry, H E. Dato' Sri Mustapa Mohamed; the Minister of Plantation Industries and Commodities, H.E. Datuk Seri Mah Siew Keong as well as senior government officials.
During the visit the Prime Minister will have a meeting with Chancellor Dr Angela Merkel, where the two leaders are expected to discuss bilateral, regional and multilateral issues. In addition, the visit is also expected to increase capacity-building between the two countries especially in the field of trade and investment, vocational training and education, agriculture, science and technology, and infrastructure development.
Besides the bilateral meeting, the Prime Minister is expected to hold a dialogue session with German business leaders as well as meet with the Malaysian community and students in Germany.
