Samdech Krolahom Sar Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, yesterday concluded his three-day working visit to Laos at the invitation of Lao Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Security H.E. Vilay Lakhamfong.
The visit was aimed to review the outcome of the security deal reached last year, and signed this year’s cooperation plan to further boost the ties between the Cambodian Ministry of Interior and the Lao Ministry of Public Security.
During the visit, Samdech Sar Kheng also paid separate courtesy calls on H.E. Thongloun Sisoulith, President of Laos and H.E. Sonexay Siphandone, Prime Minister of Laos, and held a bilateral meeting with his Lao counterpart H.E. Vilay Lakhamfong.
In the meetings, both sides spoke highly of the sound cooperation between the two neighbouring countries and were committed to further deepening the existing relations and cooperation in all domains, especially border security.
