Sankranta Siem Reap, organised to cheer the Khmer Traditional New Year in Siem Reap province, kicks off officially this morning at Chao Say Tevoda Temple in the presence of provincial leaders, the management of the APSARA National Authority, provincial Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC) and other relevant parties.
