SEA Games Medal Tally: Cambodia Remains at 4th Place with 252 Medals

Cambodia continues to rank fourth on the Medal Table with a total of 252 medals – 71 gold, 68 silver and 113 bronze – at the 32nd SEA Games as of May 15, at 10:00pm.

According to the update of the Cambodian SEA Games Organising Committee (CAMSOC), Cambodia sits behind Vietnam which tops the list with 321 medals (123 gold, 100 silver and 98 bronze) and Thailand and Indonesia which occupy the second and third places with 263 medals (94 gold, 76 silver and 93 bronze) and 233 medals (74 gold, 67 silver and 92 bronze), respectively.

The Philippines was ranked fifth with 51 gold, 77 silver and 103 bronze medals while Singapore won the sixth place with 45 gold, 38 silver and 57 bronze medals.

Malaysia came in seventh with 30 gold, 42 silver and 85 bronze medals, followed by Myanmar with 20 gold, 21 silver and 64 bronze medals; Laos with 6 gold, 20 silver and 57 bronze medals; Brunei with 2 gold, 1 silver and 6 bronze medals; and Timor-Leste with 8 bronze medals.

Cambodia hopes to gain more medals, especially the gold ones, even though the 32nd SEA Games is drawing to its close soon.

In the 31st SEA Games in Vietnam in 2022, Cambodia won only 63 medals – 9 gold, 13 silver and 41 bronze.
