Senate Convened Review of Draft Juvenile Justice Law and Cambodia-Hungary Agreement

Senate yesterday convened a review of draft law on juvenile justice and Cambodia-Hungary mutual promotion and protection of investment agreement.

Containing 16 chapters and 89 articles, the draft juvenile justice law supplements to existing criminal code and the code of criminal procedure with specific attention on the rights of the minors.

Mutual investment protection agreement between Cambodia and Hungary intends to boost the collaboration between the two countries in a non-discriminative and equal manner.

The two legal documents earned the support from the majority of 51 participating law makers in the sessions.

The review meeting was chaired by Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum, the President of Senate.
