Senate President Receives Delegation of Cambodian Student Association in China

A 23-member delegation of Cambodian Student Association in China led by its president Mr. Oum Vuthy has paid a courtesy call on Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum, President of Senate of Cambodia here in Phnom Penh recently.

Mr. Oum Vuthy and the association's board director Mr. Heng Chinhak briefed the senate president on the team's achievements to date, including the support for new Cambodian scholarship students' affairs and their relations with Chinese and other foreign students.

They reiterated their support for the Royal Government of Cambodia's Win-Win policy under the leadership of Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen.

On behalf of the association, they concluded that the association will continue its endeavour for the best interest of Cambodian students, especially in terms of strengthening friendship, solidarity and collaboration with the host country.

Samdech Say Chhum warmly welcomed the Cambodian delegation and spoke highly of the association's progress shared.

The senate president underlined that the Royal Government of Cambodia has been working hard in bringing about peace, freedom, as well as development in all sectors for the country using its Win-Win approach.

He encouraged the association to keep up with their work, and to inspire Cambodian students to study hard to become key human resources for the development of Cambodia.
