Cambodian Minister of Tourism has suggested Vietnam Airlines to expand its flights from Vietnam to Phnom Penh capital, Siem Reap cultural province, coastal areas and other main islands in Cambodia.

Minister of Tourism H.E. Thong Khon made the suggestion at an award conferment ceremony at Phnom Penh Hotel on Dec. 19, with participation of Mr. Ngo Tri Hung, CEO of Vietnam Airlines and other stakeholders.

H.E. Minister also highlighted the increasing number of foreign tourists to Cambodia as a result of full peace and open sky policy of the Royal Government as well as the efforts of concerned institutions in travel and transport facilitation at international border gates.
