Colonel Le Anh Tuan, Deputy Commander of the 4th Army of the Vietnam People’s Army, has spoken highly of Cambodia’s rapid development, and the country’s peace and political stability.
He shared the appreciation with H.E. Lt. Gen. Hun Manet, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) and Commander of Royal Cambodian Army during their meeting here on Tuesday.
H.E. Lt. Gen. Hun Manet thanked Colonel Le Anh Tuan and asked him to forward his regards to the Commander of the 4th Army of Vietnam People’s Army.
He also highly valued the bilateral military cooperation between the two countries.
