408 New Cases of COVID-19 Reported; Tally 92,616

Cambodia reported 408 new infections of COVID-19 this morning; bringing the national counts to 92,616, pointed out a press release of the Ministry of Health.
Of the new cases, it added, 90 were imported and the rest were community cases connected to the Feb. 20 outbreak.
At the same time, there were 324 new recoveries, but 11 new deaths; the total cured and death cases in the Kingdom stood at 88,443 and 1,892, respectively, underlined the press release.
The first COVID-19 case was detected in Cambodia in late January 2020 in Preah Sihanouk province. The confirmed cases have surged quickly this year due to the Feb. 20 Community Event.
