Flash floods are causing temporary closure of National Road No. 4 in Stung Samrong village, O’ Bak Rotes commune, Kampong Seila district, Preah Sihanouk province.
According to an announcement of the provincial administration released this evening, flood water keeps rising, thus inundating totally a portion of NR4 between Kilometres No. 115 and 116 in Stung Samrong village.
With this situation, all kinds of vehicles are not allowed to cross the affected area, it underlined.
The temporary closure of the above-said road portion takes effect from July 12 at 05:00 pm until further notice, the announcement emphasised.
