AKP Phnom Penh: Cambodia and China have marked the second year of the launch of Cambodia’s first expressway, contributing remarkably to transport in the country. An official event celebrating the anniversary of the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville expressway was presided over by Cambodian Minister of Public Works and Transport H.E. Peng Ponea and Ambassador of China to Cambodia H.E. Wang Wenbin.
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, H.E.
