A delegation of Cambodia International Education Support Foundation (CIESF), led by its Founder Mr. Okubo Hideo, has commended achievements of Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) in areas of youths’ capacity building and digital data management.
The appreciation was made while the CIESF delegation paid a courtesy call on H.E. Sun Chanthol, Senior Minister and Minister of MPWT, at the ministry office yesterday afternoon.
On the occasion, Mr. Okubo Hideo expressed his high interest in MPWT’s projects such as Techo Sen Koh Thom Hospital construction project, capacity building of Cambodian youths through Techo Sen Institute of Public Works and Transport (TSI), modernisation of digital technology, and cooperation with other institutions to promote the use of information technology for data collection and management.
For his part, H.E. Sun Chanthol hoped that CIESF would continue supporting the capacity building of Cambodian youths through trainings, and have a bilateral cooperation with MPWT in the near future.
After the meeting, CIESF delegation also visited MPWT’s key venues such as data centre, TSI building, and study hall.
