It said in a statement today, the Get.Set.Glow! Campaign aimed to help Malaysians see why wellbeing matters and adopt the culture of preventative healthcare and nurturing of wellbeing.

The company’s marketing director, Anna Ng, said this campaign has been inspired and guided by guardian Malaysia’s vision of ‘Nurturing MY Wellbeing’.

‘As a company, we believe in the holistic health and wellbeing approach that covers the needs of the mind, body and spirit so that Malaysians across all ages can be the best version of themselves to everyone around them,’ she said.

The Get.Set.Glow! Campaign features contributions from notable medical experts in their respective fields to speak about key
wellbeing topics on YouTube, including consultant internal medicine physician Dr Gayethri Chokalingam, consultant cardiothoracic surgeon Dr Kenny Chen, and consultant paediatricians Dr Wong Yee Ming and Dr Arunan Periasamy.

It said besides the YouTube health expert talk series, guardian’s community pharmacists nationwide will be available to assist with inquiries related to blood sugar, blood pressure, weight management, and general health advice.

According to the statement, a week-long Get.Set.Glow! Wellbeing Festival at 1Utama Shopping Centre, kicked off on Sept 10, connects guardian Malaysia’s top curated wellbeing brands with the public across five areas of lifestyle and wellbeing: health booster, inner beauty, ageing well and children.

The festival also features 28 sessions, including workouts, workshops, and a three-kilometre Glow Walk.
