Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen this morning emphasised that one of the key factors for Cambodia’s progress is reform.
Speaking here at the inauguration ceremony of two new buildings and the graduation ceremony of some 2,000 students of the Royal Academy for Justice of Cambodia, Samdech Techo Hun Sen said Cambodia had prioritised reform which is the right way for the country to move forward.
“Right now, what I can say is that with reform, we have 99 percent of chance to live, in contrast without reform, it is 99 percent that we would die,” he underlined.
Samdech Techo Prime Minister added that Cambodia needs to continue the reform programme and further enhance it, so does the judicial sector.
Cambodia has been committed to continuously conducting reforms in different sectors since the 1980s.
