Takaful Malaysia Launches Affordable Takaful Plan With High Protection Value

KUALA LUMPUR, Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Bhd has launched Kaotim Legasi, a hibah takaful plan with a life cover value of up to RM2 million.

Kaotim Legasi is an affordable hibah takaful plan offered through the Kaotim digital platform from as low as RM30 per month.

Group chief executive officer Nor Azman Zainal said Kaotim Legasi is the latest product under the Kaotim brand following the success of Kaotim MediKad in November last year.

“We are very happy with the positive response received since the launch of the Kaotim brand and digital platform as well as the Kaotim MediKad plan in November last year,” he said.

He explained that Kaotim Legasi is a hibah takaful plan aimed at helping the community plan their financial protection needs and the survival of family members in the event of the death of a client of this product.

This hibah takaful plan can help solve inheritance problems that arise as a result of death, such as financial problems faced by the heirs of the deceased.

Nor Azman also sai
d the benefits of this hibah takaful plan can also be used to cover the cost of children’s education if the main source of income is lost.

“You can subscribe to Kaotim Legasi as a gift to anyone, whether as heirs or not, because this plan is not subject to assets division. It works as an income replacement if you are no longer able to work due to disability or critical illness,” he explained.

Meanwhile, Kaotim Legasi differs from other products because this plan offers high life coverage through an online platform as well as additional cover options for 48 critical illnesses.

“Clients can subscribe to Kaotim Legasi online anytime, anywhere by completing the transaction in just a few minutes to continue to be covered on the same day,” he added.

He stressed that Takaful Malaysia wants to provide a smooth and efficient experience when subscribing to Kaotim Legasi.
